Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully, then nobody will be disappointed)

1. Conclusion of a contract

The binding contract for the travel service comes into being as soon as a booking confirmation is received in writing and mutual consent. Inquiries from the guest must be made in writing and we, as the organizer, will confirm them in text form.

2. Subject matter of the contract

Subject matter of the contract is the services described on the homepage (www.nomadicnaali.com). Any further requests require a written request and are made by mutual agreement. They only become part of the contract if you have been confirmed in writing by us as the organizer.

3. Prices and terms of payment

The travel price to be paid can be seen on the homepage (www.nomadicnaali.com). We reserve the right to change prices. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person in euros. 20% of the total price must be transferred as a deposit immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The total price must be transferred to Nomadic Naali's bank account received in advance no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payments not made on time entitle us as the organizer to withhold the services or to dissolve the contract. Any cancellation costs (see point 4) will be charged to the customer.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notification is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation costs. In the case of cancellations, the following cancellation costs apply:

60 - 31 days before departure 10%

30 - 16 days before departure 50%

15 - 02 days before departure 80%

01 day before arrival + absence without cancellation 100%

5. Liability

As the organizer, we are not liable for damage and disadvantages of any kind that are not attributable to the fault of the organizer or the auxiliary staff.

This includes:

· Damage caused by force majeure

· Bad weather conditions. In particular, bad or insufficient snow conditions, which do not allow normal processes to be carried out, are not considered a reason for cancellation of the trip. In these cases, we as the organizer offer an alternative program.

· Failure or negligence on the part of the guest before and during the trip.

· Unforeseeable or inevitable failures of a third party involved in the provision of the contractually agreed services

If the instructions of the organizer or his assistants are not followed, we shall not be held liable.

5.1. insurance

The customer is not insured by us as the organizer. He is independently responsible for having taken out adequate health and accident insurance (including sports accidents). Despite the professional and safe execution of the activities, accidents with persons and / or damage to property cannot be ruled out. We do not accept liability in the event of an accident. Each customer participates at his / her own risk. We recommend that you take out travel insurance in advance in the event that you cannot participate in a program for health reasons.

No liability is assumed for the content of any links that lead to pages outside of www.nomadicnaali.com. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

6. Program changes

All of our offers are outdoor or open-air programs that are generally carried out in any weather and in any snow situation. However, if the proper implementation of the booked program is not possible on the day of the program due to force majeure or if the implementation endangers or affects the dogs or people, an alternative offer will be made.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Furthermore, the customer undertakes to treat and treat our dogs carefully. The instructions and specifications of the organizer must always be followed.

8. Applicable Law

All legal relationships between the customer and us as the organizer are subject to Finnish law. The relevant legal provisions apply.
